I cant say enough about this place. I am learning so much and im learning it correctly which is what is important. It is intimidating at first but the coaches know their stuff and are extremely verbal and encouraging! They even have gymnastic classes on Mondays and a free class on Saturdays at 9am for those who are curious!

Crossfit Devastation is an amazing place to transform your body and your life. I am so thankful I found you guys. The coaching staff is absolutely amazing and they have been very careful to keep me safe while steadily progressing to my goals.
Years of competitive barefoot skiing left me with alot of injuries. I was certain that I had seen my best years and resolved to just do less physically... then I found myself sucked in by the enthusiasm of the coaches who gave me the confidence to aim for elite fitness I though was impossible. I am now doing things at 52years old that I could not do when I was in my 20's and 30's.

I can’t say enough great things about Jonathan and his training! I was skeptical for the obvious reasons about hiring a personal trainer but Jonathan did a great job of reassuring me that I made that right choice. After my intro workout I knew that I had! He does an amazing job as a trainer to push you to your limit but not past, he is very encouraging during the workouts and genuinely cares about your health and wants to see you achieve your fitness goal. I’m almost 3 weeks in and I can feel the difference already, not just physically but also mentally. I sleep better at night, don’t get that “sluggish” feeling anymore and I am eating better than I ever have before. It’s NOT easy by any means but having someone rooting for you and pushing you to keep going helps tremendously, especially when you’re someone like me who lacks self motivation while working out. I highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for someone to help start and keep them on track to a better, more fit life!

I am constantly told to lose weight, that my back will always hurt, lupus will not get under control and the fibro I have dealt with will not get better if I don't move and if I don't take off a few pounds. I have always had a healthy diet, but moving is an issue- every exercise program ends in pain and injury. Till I was introduced to these guys- slow and steady, moving and stretching is the priority- I still hurt, but that is a part of my daily struggle- the difference is how I move and that my body is changing shape and I have been able ti incorprate yoga into my week!
