I've been going to Seaward CrossFit for six months, and it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. I've always been overweight, but my weight had stayed in the same 10-pound range or so for about six years. When I stepped on the scale one day in May, I saw a number I'd never seen. I went to Seaward CrossFit's free Saturday community class the next day.
