How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Personalization around the clients specific needs and goals is the most crucial aspect of helping them achieve their goals. Genetics and the demographic of clients are widely varied, which calls for a more tailored approach for each individual client. I prefer to collect as much information from the client pertaining to their goals, lifestyle, current nutrition/training regimen (if applicable), and stats (height, weight, progress photos) before getting started.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret to achieving your goals in all aspects of life is to focus on today. Looking too far ahead and pondering how long it may take to achieve a specific goal can be overwhelming. By having a system and daily habits in place, you'll be able to follow that system and execute those daily habits, which will allow the progress to compound over the long-term. It's important to take the guesswork out of the equation, so you know exactly what needs to be accomplished every day.

What do you love most about your job?

I absolutely love to work with someone who is experiencing how life changing it feels to exercise and eat healthy for the first time. Not everyone is raised to live a healthy lifestyle and many don't start the journey until they're already an adult. Quality of life is everything and I love when clients tell me they are waking up healthier and happier every day. It's never too late for someone to feel that.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My fascination with the positive effects exercise and healthy eating has on the body came about at the age of 14. At age 17, I began working as a Wellness Instructor at my local YMCA. Eventually, I moved on to my studies at Florida International University and began working with clients on my own, while pursuing my degree. After graduating with my degree in 2015, I transitioned to working with clients full-time and have been doing so ever since.

If a client is truly ready to make a healthy lifestyle change, I have the experience and tools necessary to help them achieve their goals. The systems I create for my clients are completely personalized, streamlined, and easy to follow. I have worked with my clients remotely via Online Coaching for the past 8 years.

My coaching consists of a customized diet plan for burning fat and building muscle, complete workout program, full supplement regimen, and unlimited 24/7 support via e-mail. Weekly updates will be evaluated through progress photos and necessary changes will be made to ensure ongoing progress.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I work with all of my client remotely via Online Coaching, which is a safe option for all of my customers. They also have the option to train from home, as I personalize client training programs around the environment of choice (Home, Commercial or Private Gym, or Outdoors).
