We design personal fitness programs based on our clients current limitations and their future goals. We also offer nutritional guidance to our clients as well free of charge!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is simple, but at the same time difficult for people to follow. The secret is this: Consistency. I know you're probably tired of hearing about consistency but it truly is the secret. Now, with this being said how can some people stick to it and some can't? This is where we come in. People tend to throw themselves to the wolves and try to flip their life upside down to try to "get healthy quick", but in reality it doesn't take so much effort.... just consistent effort at whatever level you are comfortable with. We can help you find that level, and help you push it higher and higher.

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is that I get to transform people to live better versions of themselves. I get to see the excitement rise in my clients eyes when they start seeing progress and take matters into their own hands. Seeing clients gain daily positive energy that they never knew they had really keeps me going in this business.

What inspired you to start your own business?

What inspired me to start my business was after a life changing injury. I was young and very in love with competing in CrossFit, unfortunately this caused an injury to my lumbar spine that I never thought I would be able to recover from. Through extensive research and trial and error I finally found that as long as I keep moving and keep active that my recovery was inevitable, if only I had someone who could tell me exactly what is was I COULD do, and how it would help me. Since then, it has been my passion to help people reach versions of themselves they never thought imaginable. I am currently working towards my Doctors of Physical Therapy, but realized I didn't have to wait to start helping people grow.

Clients should choose me because I offer the unique benefit of training clients in the comfort of their own home, neighborhood park or gym.
If virtual, clients should choose me because I go farther than any other "pre-done" programs you find from other websites, we will design a program specifically for your needs and goals. Thirdly, we offer nutritional advice free of charge!

I can provide my services online and remotely through Zoom. What this would look like is: a guided warm-up, guided workout (tailored for you specifically), followed by a guided cool down, finishing with any questions that you would have for me (this can be concerning nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, breathing, etc.) that I will be happy to answer.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I actually started offering in-home training due to the effect that Covid-19 had on gyms around the nation, as well as asking clients if they prefer me to wear a face mask while training. Due to the astounding feedback from in-home training, and the lingering effects of Covid-19, we have decided to keep it as our only form of training in person. Our virtual coaching sessions are still available as they always have been.
