What inspired me to start my business was after a life changing injury. I was young and very in love with competing in CrossFit, unfortunately this caused an injury to my lumbar spine that I never thought I would be able to recover from. Through extensive research and trial and error I finally found that as long as I keep moving and keep active that my recovery was inevitable, if only I had someone who could tell me exactly what is was I COULD do, and how it would help me. Since then, it has been my passion to help people reach versions of themselves they never thought imaginable. I am currently working towards my Doctors of Physical Therapy, but realized I didn't have to wait to start helping people grow.

What this would look like is: a guided warm-up, guided workout (tailored for you specifically), followed by a guided cool down, finishing with any questions that you would have for me (this can be concerning nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, breathing, etc.) that I will be happy to answer.
I actually started offering in-home training due to the effect that Covid-19 had on gyms around the nation, as well as asking clients if they prefer me to wear a face mask while training. Due to the astounding feedback from in-home training, and the lingering effects of Covid-19, we have decided to keep it as our only form of training in person. Our virtual coaching sessions are still available as they always have been.
