This is a great little neighborhood gym. Everything you need, clean and well maintained equipment. The owner is a doll and knows all of her regulars. They don't have classes, they don't have the room, and that would be my only negative. They sell punch cards, which work out really well for seasonal visitors and intermittent gymers like me.

I attend the location on Alico and i am very satisfied with the product they are selling. Thanks Mama Shannon. I did not sign up for a daycare facility, or a night club facility, or even a cafe, i just want to work out in peace and the ATC on Alico can accomadate that fix. The trainers even mind their business and don't overly ask to sell you a traning session. This location has just enough machines to accomadate the 5pm rush hour mad dash and if they don't then maybe you should come a little earlier. The morning slots are always wide open.
I've seen members at this location bend over backward to accomadate those drive by frantic gym rats who only show up at 5pm for their 15min rapid work out. I love this atmosphere and i hope managememt doesnt change their blueprint because i think most member would agree that they love this environment also.
