I highly recommend this gym. All of the teachers and staff have been helpful and friendly. There is a wide variety of equipment, everything is up to date, and in good condition. The facility is always clean. The locker room is clean and has showers. I also very highly recommend my trainer, Alexus. She is very knowledgeable, flexible, understanding, and motivating. She is very good at understanding your strengths and weaknesses and designing personalized workouts. She hits a great balance of pushing you just hard enough so you grow without pushing you too hard. They have a wide variety of training packages so everyone should give it a try.
