Love my gym!! Started working out at Age 41 as I HATED anything having to do with exercise ... now I am hooked! I attend 3 times a week and recently added a forth day of boxing classes. It’s been a lifestyle change as the trainer not only focuses on being fit but nutrition as well. I was provided a meal plan which in conjunction with exercise I was able to lose 30 pounds. Looked great and felt even better! My trainer is extremely knowledgeable on everything having to do with your body and nutrition. The gym is clean, has great machines and has a very friendly atmosphere! Try it you won’t regret it ????????

Not only are the coaches friendly and knowledgeable offering personal attention but the clientele will welcome you and encourage you like they have always known you. MC X-Training is like one big family! DON’T go to the closest gym out of convenience! Not all boxes are the same! Try them out, you will NOT be sorry!!

With all this crossfit hoopla I finally gave in for the second time. Crossfit is a unique workout consisting of circuit training along with power lifting and other fun little exercises named after ladies. Here is where is it important where you go you reading this along with my self are not Olympians, or power lifters. Basically if you do not know what you are doing or are not supervised correctly you will get hurt. IMT is great the trainers are knowledgeable and always help you out. They started as a small tiny little gym it wasnt even called Crossfit. Now they have a huge "box" and are pushing your athletic limits.
