Helping clients achieve their fitness goals is a process that involves understanding their unique needs, creating personalized plans, and providing continuous support and guidance. Here’s how I approach it:
I begin by conducting a thorough assessment of my client’s current fitness level, health history, goals, and any potential limitations in order to be able to tailor a program that is realistic and achievable.
Together, we establish clear and specific goals that are measurable and time-bound. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, improved endurance, or overall health, I am here to guide and cheer my clients on their beautiful journey!
Based on the assessment and goals, I then design a customized fitness and nutrition program that will help them achieve their goals in an effective and enjoyable way!
Through regular monitoring of progress, daily check-ins, and progress assessments, we are able to make adjustments to the program as needed and celebrate milestones along the way.
I believe in empowering clients with knowledge and skills that enable them to maintain their progress long-term. This includes teaching proper exercise techniques, educating on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, and providing resources for continued learning. I understand that life can be unpredictable. I remain flexible and adaptable, making adjustments to the program when necessary to accommodate changes in schedule, preferences, or challenges that may arise.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret is simple, it is all about finding what you love! Working out and eating healthy is not supposed to be a chore. It's about discovering what you genuinely enjoy! Fitness and healthy eating shouldn't feel like a burden. Together, we'll identify activities you love and get excited for, ensuring you make consistent progress every day because you genuinely enjoy the exercises you're engaged in!

What do you love most about your job?

I love being able to share my passion with others. There was a point in time when I didn't love exercise, but finding what movements and forms of activity I do enjoy made all of the difference and completely changed my life. I love watching my clients fall in love not only with exercise and healthy eating but fall in love with themselves and their bodies again!

What inspired you to start your own business?

Becoming a personal trainer and nutrition coach wasn't always a goal of mine, but seeing the difference that I made in the lives of my friends and family in shifting their perspective on health made me passionate about helping others see it in a different light as well!

I would be a great coach for a client because I will be there every step of the way providing information and support. Having a personalized routine is so important because at the end of the day, each individual is so different in terms of their desires. I would give the client my undivided attention in assisting them through their journey in the most effective and enjoyable way.

We work fully remote to ensure flexibility of timing and frequency of training sessions!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

As we are fully remote, we take no risks and you are always safe! I also create at home workouts in addition to gym sessions if you are more comfortable at home :)
