Purchased one of their specials and was able to have 4 sessions with a great trainer, Jake. He was professional and very knowledgeable, and all through the workouts (which were tough!), he was very encouraging. It would be great if the space was available for a larger locker room, but it's clean and very nice, offering anything someone would need after a workout. We also enjoy the yoga classes, teachers are great.

They offer so many things from a shuttle, spa, restuarant/bar, pool tables, and a small game area. The price is very reasonable for the area and everything you have access to.
