I've been taking Roots Yoga's Yoga for the Five Senses class for over a year now. I always leave the class feeling grounded and relaxed. The space is magical with a lovely area with Deb's teas and oils and a gorgeous studio. Deb leads the class with clear direction and beautiful meditations, and Anna's Reiki and oil combinations stir energy in an amazing way. Over the summer I took a Yoga by the River with live music class--it was a perfect way to spend a beautiful evening outside!Deb is also my nutritionist. She made me feel so comfortable and heard during the intake meeting, and offered so much support as I incorporated her suggestions. The changes we made had the desired effect: I reduced the medication I take for my allergies, feel less anxiety, and shed a few pounds.
