I really enjoy working out at Catalyst (any gym after work is tough to get to because of fatigue, but always feel better later). Purchased one of their specials and was able to have 4 sessions with a great trainer, Jake. He was professional and very knowledgeable, and all through the workouts (which were tough!), he was very encouraging. It would be great if the space was available for a larger locker room, but it's clean and very nice, offering anything someone would need after a workout. We also enjoy the yoga classes, teachers are great.

This place is utterly amazing!! I had broke down and needed to stay somewhere and this place was wonderful. They offer so many things from a shuttle, spa, restuarant/bar, pool tables, and a small game area. The price is very reasonable for the area and everything you have access to. I wouldn't think twice about staying here again
