Tommy Flanagan and his whole crew at Strength 2 Strength LLC. do a wonderful job of training and developing athletes from Junior High to College and even professionals. This is a calling for Tommy and really a ministry. He has been a great mentor and coach for Kade Smith over the last year and the gains Kade has made in fitness, agility and strength have led to a great Freshman football season. That said, the most important aspect of this program is Tommy's heart and faith in my son. He feels it and the mentoring he has given Kade as a coach and older brother in Faith has been a blessing to us all.
