Lauren is a great trainer. I was lucky enough to win four free sessions from her at a local health fair and attended them as soon as I could schedule an appointment with her. Lauren has a great attitude and is great about positive reinforcement. She adapted easily to my capabilities and worked different types of exercises into every session. She was also very accommodating with her schedule, as I had to change our appointments a few times. Though she is positive and friendly, Lauren does not take it easy on you. I left every session with an elevated heart rate, soreness, and more sweat than I'd like to mention. Definitely go see her if you want a great workout!

Richard is knowledgeable AND makes my workouts safe, enjoyable and the time goes quickly. If it were up to me, I would lose interest in a workout in about 5 minutes, but because he keeps me accountable and challenges me to stretch my limits, I'm not bored and I feel stronger.
