I’ve been training individuals out of my personal gym for 11 years. Each client begins with a comprehensive assessment. I don't believe in questionnaires and guesswork -- I provide a 1.5-2 hour movement analysis in which I find your strengths and weaknesses, your muscle balances and imbalances, any postural deviations, neurological inhibitions, and more. From this data, I construct your initial plan while addressing your fitness goals.

I've trained at 3 other gyms in Denver and could not be happier to have landed at CFSD. The facility is top-notch - with all the varied equipment and perks you need to keep it interesting and challenging. The coaches know each athlete and can use their impressive anatomical and sports medicine knowledge to get the best out of (or accommodate) any athlete. And the workouts are fun and creative and challenging. I'd be hard-pressed to imagine a better Crossfit experience.

Jameson Bostic became a professional boxer at the age of 16. During his eight-year career in the ring, he won 23 out of 28 international bouts, ultimately achieving a LightHeavyWeight championship. Elite boxers train not only their bodies, but also their minds. Winners need to cultivate a positive mind space. Bostic’s personal training reflects this attention to the whole person that he himself has practiced.

I just wish I had met these folks when I was 4 years old. I've been going to SPPT for about 6 years, and my husband has joined me. Friends tell me I have great posture but more importantly is that I get good correction for body mechanics for the sports I love to do. I met SPPT because after back surgery I was afraid to exercise and re injure myself. The staff has been wonderful and I look forward to the Pilates class I go to now.

The number one thing I look for in a gym in cleanliness. This gym absolutely exceeds expectations in that aspect. I have never been in a gym that was cleaner than this one.
Staff is polite and recognize many of their members by name. Equipment is new and in very good working condition. Having a powerlifting station in this club is a plus, and machines are easy to navigate and figure out, even if you're a novice lifter.
Personally, I don't use virtual training or training videos, but I did take a look at their classroom designed for video training and there are SO many different options for classes. As a former personal trainer, I know the cost of hiring a trainer can be high, but this room and technology allow you to train with one at zero cost! You have access to the room and videos just for being a member!

I LOVE PALANGO!! Felix and Maggie are both great instructors, they are very upbeat and positive and help you when the classes are getting tough to not give up. There are many different styles of classes and so many different class times each day to choose from it makes it easier to fit for most anyone's schedule. The classes are challenging and promising of a healthier more fit body. For parents the membership includes childcare ! Also worth mentioning that the price is great! Most other places charge double than what they do. I am not rich by any means and this was affordable for me Highly recommend!!

Interestingly enough, better brain function! Most health and fitness professionals focus solely on body mechanics and nutrition and treat the body from a structural stand point. We have all heard that in order to be healthy you need to eat right and exercise.
The paradigm shift here is, we believe you need to get "healthy" first in order exercise and eat right. What do we mean by that? Exercise and nutrition are only pieces to the puzzle. Modern neuroscience shows that the eyes, skin, muscles, tendons, inner ear, the nose and number of other components are constantly sending inputs to our brain to help our brains determine how to move well through the world. So in a basic sense, if you have poor visual skills, poor balance, or an inability to feel or do certain things in areas of your body, it makes it hard for your brain to decide what that information means and it changes your ability to move well in the world. We focus on training these different input systems a long with exercise in our sessions to improve your movement so you can move better and do more, and in turn, get better results than ever! I literally get to witness people's lives change. Daily. Every session my clients get results and are able to do something they were unable to do before. The astonished looks on their faces is priceless. To see my clients achieve their goals in half the time it would normally take, because they can do more and they are having fun, is incredible and a true privilege.
When I graduated massage school almost 13 years ago, I had the opportunity of working out of my mom's personal training studio. She handed me a list of numbers and names of clients to call to offer a special, and I immediately received a loyal clientele base. I ended up becoming a Personal Trainer and eventually partner in that company. I loved it. I am a natural entrepreneur. Unfortunately that business closed after my father died, but I was able to keep a loyal following and start my own company. I haven't looked back since. I love my job, and I love my clients!
Honestly, because I offer something that almost no one else in the Littleton/Denver area is offering. There are only a few of us Personal Trainers that understand the enormous disservice the health and fitness industry has created in the United States. Most health and fitness professionals are working from a misunderstanding of how the body works. Not to say that other trainers aren't getting results, because they are. However, the training I offer sets people up for a life of injury prevention, better health and vitality, and better long term results with their fitness and performance goals. The reason for that is, I am focusing on my client's individual nervous system, which governs and controls EVERYTHING.
