I’ve been going to Orangetheory for about a month now and I love it. The instructors play a variety of music, which I love because I don’t want to hear pop or techno music every time I work out. They also know me by name, which is impressive. I love how the workouts vary and target different groups of muscles. Finally, the instructors care about you. They care about your form and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.
