I have been in this industry for over 4 years and I decided it was time to give back to my community. My Story: I am a strongman athlete that has been in the sport for over 3 years and has been a national qualifier for 2. My original journey started with weight loss. When I decided to loose weight I dropped about 65 Lbs within a matter of 6 months. Once I was happy with where my weight was I wanted to gain size and strength.Since doing so I have gained approximately 45 lbs back in muscle and strength in about 2 years. Since starting I have helped over 10 people put on size, take off size, or lift more size, with helpful and straight forward training programs.
I make sure to keep a constant line of communication open as much as possible. That way, if a client has questions or concerns about training, nutrition, or lifestyle, I can answer as soon as possible. With in person training I make sure to take time before or after to talk about the rest of the week. With online coaching I make sure to do bi-weekly video calls or any part of the day take phone calls to make sure the client is always secure with the program.
The secret to achieving the body of your dreams is discipline. Motivation comes and goes, but it's the days that you do not feel like training, or eating right that makes the difference. Its on those days that you receive the confidence to build more discipline and achieve your dream body even faster.
The reason I love my job so much is that I get to help people reach their goals. There is no greater feeling than helping a person hit a strength personal record, or listening to someone tell me how I have helped them lose the body fat that they needed to lose to be able to get around the house or gym easier. Helping people achieve their goals is why I get out of bed in the morning.
I was inspired to start my own business due to what I have been seeing on the internet from other Personal Trainers.
