Most calisthenics athletes are strong and have a very impressive physique, so you better get on board now if that’s what you want! Besides aesthetics, bodyweight training provides an incredible boost to your mobility and makes your joints and ligaments absolutely bulletproof. That’s why progressive calisthenics is, by far, the best method of working out if you want to avoid injuries during your workouts and prevent random injuries in your everyday life. Of course one the biggest benefits is that you can take your training with you anywhere you go, so you can keep training and getting results no matter where you go! WHAT EXERCISES WILL WE DO? We will do exercises that will make you stronger—that is going to be the focus of your program. Getting stronger will help you grow muscle, which, in return, will help you lose fat due to an increase in your metabolism. Examples of such exercises are squats, push ups, pull ups, lunges as well as more advanced exercises such as human flag, muscle ups and pistol squats once you get stronger. Any time my clients can't do a certain exercise, we make them do a regressed version (elevated push up instead of floor push ups for example). When my clients can comfortably do the exercise, then we do a progression (pistol squats instead of regular squats). The goal is to get to the next level, no matter where you are starting. MY PHILOSOPHY. I believe that people should be able to workout anywhere. Whether you are on a business trip, sitting at home without a gym membership, on vacation, or in any other situation, you should be able to work on your fitness! And that is exactly what my personal training service will help you with. My training methods don't require any equipment. Instead, I encourage my clients to use their own body to get stronger and faster and to feel and look better. I use simple, yet very effective, personal training programs that are based on progressive calisthenics. My clients come to me with varying goals: some want to lose weight, others want to get stronger, and some just want to get healthier. With goals like these, it is very important to have a performance-oriented program that is accompanied by proper nutrition. When you get stronger and faster, your body has to adopt to these new demands, and that's when it starts losing fat, gaining muscle and improving on many other levels. Having a performance-based goal will also make your training process more meaningful, fun, and motivating. Why go to the gym to use boring machines and that rusty elliptical when you could be working on pull-ups, pistol squats, handstands, or sprints? I've trained many clients who got to the point where they were able to do those things in a matter of months, and guess what? They look and feel much better than before they started training. It always works.

My personal training clients come to me at different ages, with different goals, and, of course, with different bodies. This is why all programs will vary drastically from each other. However, one key component will always be present in all programs and that is calisthenics! Training sessions never require any equipment. The only weight that you’ll need to lift is your own bodyweight!
