I have struggled with working out for as long as I can remember. For years I have tried to put on muscle and weight and failed miserably. I would be motivated for about 3 weeks, then get frustrated because I wasn't seeing any results and say, "screw it!" I even got a personal trainer once. He helped for a while, but I still wasn't seeing the results that I wanted and couldn't find the motivation to keep with it. So, a few months ago I thought I would give it a try again. I was matched up with Ken to be my trainer. I seriously can't say how great he is. I have seen changes I never thought I'd see. Ken gave me the advice and workouts to keep me motivated and helped me see the results I've always wanted. I had a goal of gaining 10lbs and am currently pushing 18lbs and could not be happier and more proud of myself. Though, I haven't had a session with Ken in about a month, my motivation has only become stronger - and I know its because of his help. I hope this review is helpful to anyone that struggles with motivation and wants to see results in whatever their health goals may be.

I can't say enough about Dave and the staff at Kandu Fitness. I have only been a member for 6 weeks, and I am hooked. The work outs are second to none, and everyday is a new, fun, and challenging experience. Dave takes the time to explain the daily workout and makes sure to be right there to help guide and train you. Just as important as the workout, is the atmosphere. The atmosphere, coupled with Dave's knowledge, makes this place special. The other members are friendly and encouraging. There are no egos at Kandu. There is only friendly camaraderie and a commitment to a great workout every time.I love this place!

I signed up for their 14-day boot camp, which basically means you have a membership for 14 days and you can go to their classes as many times as you want during that time period. Â They have multiple morning and evening classes M-F, one morning class on Saturdays, and none on Sunday. Â Each class is 30-40 min long, depending on if you stay afterwards for stretching and chatting.I am a pretty fit person already, not overweight, etc. Â I hadn't worked out in a long time before this so I was mostly using the boot camp to get back into shape really quickly so I could start my normal workouts again. Â OH MAN...these boot camps are intense! Â I don't think I've ever worked out so hard in a 30 minute time span in my life. Â I was sore nearly every day during that two weeks, but it definitely got better as time went on.The trainers are super nice and super motivating. Â You basically do a different circuit training workout each time. Â Over my two weeks, I never got bored or felt like the workouts were repetitive. Â There was something new each time, and we focused on a different area each time. Â The classes were almost entirely women, but some men made their appearances every now and again.They seem a little disorganized and their website isn't the best, but it's totally worth it! Â The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and I saw results very quickly!

Mat Golla the trainer at Vitality OC is extremely attentive and has a perfect way of focusing in with each client to figure out and help achieve individual goals. The group training sessions are hard work but extremely fun and motivating. The equipment at Vitality OC is top notch - Rogue fitness equipment. The grass floor in the resistance training area is fantastic. Really encourage people to come check this place out and at least try out the complimentary session.

I've trained with Adam several times! Adam is super nice and gives you a great workout! He really works you and in the end, you know you got a fabulous workout! He can also help with nutrition! He's given me great tips and helped me eat better over time! I've noticed great changes in my body, workout habits and nutrition! Adam really knows what he's doing and what he's talking about! He's such a great and knowledgeable person!
