Her workouts are adaptable to your goals. We started out doing HIIT workouts which were great as a way to lean out as weight loss was my initial goal. After some weight loss, I started wanting to get stronger and build muscle mass. She quickly adjusted me over to German HIIT (10x10) with core work. I’m on my way to deadlifting 400 lbs for the first time in my life. I’m getting stronger practically every week and can do one-armed planks for the first time ever.
Tina has been extremely encouraging and never pushes me to do anything I feel like I can’t. I get excited to try new exercises and variations. I’m approaching 40 and feel like I’m at my physical peak. I look forward to continuing to push my limits and get stronger with Tina!

I am a little hesitant to post this review, because one of the best things about Anytime Fitness is that it is never crowded! Don't everyone join this gym at once, because I want to keep it all to myself! :) I really think Anytime Fitness, or at least this location, must be a best kept secret! It's never crowded, the equipment is new, it is clean, the music is good... I love it! All of the cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, bikes) are equipped with personal televisions so you can choose what to watch and listen to it with headphones, LCD screens to track your progress and USB ports so you can save your workout stats. Memberships are affordable too!
