Fitness Rangers Boot Camp is by far one of the best fitness decisions I've ever made. Adam, Justin and Tami want to see each person succeed, and push you to your limit. I really didn't think I'd start seeing results so quickly, but after three weeks I was seeing more toned muscles, higher energy and a lot more stamina. I feel accomplished and proud after each class because I'm doing exercises and workouts I never thought I could pull off. Fitness Rangers is a great way to learn that you can do so much more than you thought and actually get results out of your workout. Everything is done outside, without the aid of fancy machines or gyms. You'll run, do lunges, situps, pushups, pullups, and a dozen other exercises in each class hour. For only $250 for 12 classes, it's worth it. I highly recommend!

LOVE IT HERE!!Awesome small group workout that can be modified for each persons abilities. Lots of focus on safe weightlifting practice and he emphasizes a good warm up and always a good explanation of what you will do in the workout. By the way, no workout is ever the same so you won't get bored! AJ has a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of health, nutrition and fitness. Lots of different class times (morning, noon, evening and weekends). You can go anytime with the open gym option.

From the first time I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and laid back. I instantly felt the passion of the instructors, in particular Marco, the owner.
