Mel is the best trainer that I have ever worked with.Methods:She is strict, but it's really the encouragement that helps me stay pumped and motivated. She is such a beast and what she does and she helps me want to become the best fit self I could be. I like how we use weights, I was at first intimidated, but I got over that quick. I'm thankful I learned the RIGHT way to lift, because it can be dangerous and she taught me the RIGHT WAY! (redundant, just wanna repeat how good she is).I like how she teaches me the right way to work out and how to use the machines. She combines work outs that I thought I would never do. I contacted DAN because I was tired of not having structure and not seeing results. Within the time frame Dan and I worked together I was able to cut down body fat and build muscle. I signed up for their 14-day boot camp, which basically means you have a membership for 14 days and you can go to their classes as many times as you want during that time period. Â They have multiple morning and evening classes M-F, one morning class on Saturdays, and none on Sunday. Â Each class is 30-40 min long, depending on if you stay afterwards for stretching and chatting.I am a pretty fit person already, not overweight, etc. Â I hadn't worked out in a long time before this so I was mostly using the boot camp to get back into shape really quickly so I could start my normal workouts again. Â OH MAN...these boot camps are intense! Â I don't think I've ever worked out so hard in a 30 minute time span in my life. Â I was sore nearly every day during that two weeks, but it definitely got better as time went on.The trainers are super nice and super motivating. Â You basically do a different circuit training workout each time. Â Over my two weeks, I never got bored or felt like the workouts were repetitive. Â There was something new each time, and we focused on a different area each time. Â The classes were almost entirely women, but some men made their appearances every now and again.They seem a little disorganized and their website isn't the best, but it's totally worth it! Â The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and I saw results very quickly!

My boys ages 5&7 have been attending classes for 2 1/2 yrs. Started as a social activity and now they have goals set for their black belts. With the help of Master Kris and Teacher Daphne they’ve gained confidence, have been taught structure, and most important to me learned how to be respectful. They’ve grown with other students that have been there just as long and look forward to attending class. We attend 5 days a week. Schedules are very flexible, so you may go any day of the week. Highly recommended to all ages. Adult classes also available. Very high energy and everyone is very welcoming. I attend kickboxing 2 days a week and Saturday boot camp, just enough to stay fit and keep stress away. Trials are available for a small fee.
