I am now addicted to it at Title Boxing Newbury park The staff is friendly and you feel welcome. The trainers take the time to show you what you need to do to improve, how to stand how to punch or kick. The workout is intense but you go at your own pace and can easily burn over 1000 calories in an hour. Imagine being surrounded by people who support your efforts are all smiling and having fun and enjoying the hour. They also have semi private lessons on TRX which is great, technique body sculpting and so much more. I now have my own purple gloves!
