When I got my membership, I did one class with Jacques. He killed me! But nonetheless an awesome instructor. I took a break because I was sore as I don't know what! Lol. But I went back and I continuously try to go and it gets easier every time. Ed is also a great instructor, very visual and helps with the different boxing techniques. Chris is also another great instructor. They all are very motivating, as well as the other gym participants. I recommend this gym if you want to get pushed to the limit in 45 minutes. Also Butts and Guts class is amazing!

It is an hour of intense full body workout. The coaches are very motivating and provide good guidance. I love how technology is being used to see how hard you are working which is another great motivational factor. The front desk staff is very friendly and courteous.
