Bryon is an amazing trainer! I am currently participating in his kettle bell bootcamp and am already feeling the difference in my body in less than 2 weeks. He makes the extra effort to make sure you are learning the moves the right way (posture, form, using your core, etc.). I highly recommend him to people at all levels - I never that I would enjoy kettle bells this much :)
