I loved going to Studio Fitness. I think I may have *technically* been their first client! Oooh! Warm fuzzy memories! Jeff is the owner. And he is completely wonderful. Sadly, he did lose his best trainer (Kathleen); but I'm sure he has loads of other awesome trainers. Kathleen was so fun to work out with and really nice and motivating. And Jeff was also very encouraging. I have never been in better shape than when I trained there. The super-slow method that they used was really effecive at building muscle and losing fat quickly. And work outs could be done in 30 minutes! -Don't get me wrong though. This was 30 minutes of intense focus and work. I also liked the small, uber-chic, boutique atmosphere of this gym. It's intimate. And feels like everyone there is a VIP. Think SKY of Santa Rosa.
