I've been training 1:1 with Carlos for a little over a year and it's been mentally and physically transformative. When I decided to start working with a trainer I had really broad goals to lose weight and kickstart a fitness routine. (It had been years since I found a workout routine that kept me motivated and then I had a second kid early pandemic and everything went out the door.)
