I have been training with Flavien since June 2017 and highly recommend him. Flavien has taken great care to listen to my goals and create workouts that are tailored to my needs. He always continues to vary the work out and encourages me to make progress. Flavien is extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics and continues to learn new approaches to training. This is very helpful not only in keeping the workouts challenging and fun but also to help with back and neck issues that have come up for me from time to time. He has been able to identifyi the issue and tailor exercises that help me resolve it. Even when the first set is difficult, it always amazes me when it becomes easier with the second and third and I begin to feel better. He always pays special attention to how I’m doing each exercise in order to ensure I’m doing it properly so I can make progress without injury. Whole family works with coach. Wife, teen and me. Coach is very motivating throughout a workout and helpful with suggestions on building various parts of the body. Workouts for us were usually HIIT type mixed with some jogging. Coach is very pleasant to work with and flexible when we need to change class times due to work, other appt., etc..
