My journey with Scott started through a referral from my Physical therapist. I had a herniated back with nerve compression and went through surgery because I was losing muscle strength. I got about 60% of my muscle strength after my physical therapy and was looking for the rest of my strength to regain. In about 6 weeks of training, I am almost at a 90% muscle strength. Kudos to Scott for his committed training, and customized structured planning. He also constantly checks if my back is feeling ok and change the workout plan if needed. Hi, my name is Eric & I am currently a certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), & Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) & Certfied Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I’m also a group fitness instructor (GFI) through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a CPT through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). I’m also currently in my doctorate for chiropractic too. In addition to traditional training programs & workouts, I can also design unique workout themes such as: Bootcamp, Floor Pilates, Trampoline classes, Balance & Stretch, etc. I have a B.S. in Health Science and an A.A. in kinesiology. I specialize in training clientele within alternative workout sites as well - such as at their homes ( living room, etc), apartment gym, Driveway, Backyard, or even local park. Anyone can become a cerified personal trainer; however, not every trainer can/will explain to you why you are doing certain exercises within your training regiment. Always ask your trainer “why” when it comes to exercise selection. I also have all of the equipment available to make our training sessions more exciting (Trampolines, Terra Core, Bosu, Medicine Balls, Kettle Bells, ViPRs, Battle Ropes, etc).
