If you wish to tone your body with a focus on calisthenics, Vertex is at the top of it's class in the region. Yoga classes are included. There are instructors on site for supervision and lessons. There's even a program for the kids. I'd compare Vertex to Berkeley Ironworks, but what makes this gym better is that they have auto-belay systems. (So you can gear up and climb solo)
