These guys are the real deal, and even though it can feel slow and monotonous at times doing the same exercises over and over, they know what they're doing. I can't wait to return and continue our work together.

Consistency and commitment to a program; patience that if the first is done, the results will follow. Continuing to vary the program so the body stays challenged and does not plateau. Making nutrition a part of the program is important. Lasting results take some time but, but they are so worth it.

Services can be provided virtually via FaceTime or Zoom, as well as on-demand learning for some of the workouts and nutrition.
If we are training in person, I sanitize equipment in between clients and am happy to wear a mask if necessary. Another option is for the client to provide their own small equipment (dumbbells, mats, tubing, etc.)
