The changes that I have implemented into my business to keep everyone safe from COVID-19 is to wear masks or cancel sessions if myself or trainee is feeling sick. In addition there is paper work to fill out in order to participate in workout sessions that lets the trainer know that they are ready to workout and do not have serious health complications.
