It's hard to get up for 5 am class but so worth it at the end. With every passing week, my body becomes stronger, more flexible and leaner. I like that the work out routines vary so you're challenged daily. Kudos to Jason for keeping me motivated and not allowing me to slack off.

This place is AMAZING! Their pods are state of the art and each room has it's own shower and amenities. It is the most relaxing experience I've ever had and the staff could not be any more knowledgeable and friendly. You float effortlessly and after about 20 or 30 minutes you are in a state of bliss that stays with you for a few days. WARNING: one float and you'll be hooked!

Amazing place to work out, the class is awesome we always have fun!!! I love coming to class, I've toned and have upper and lower body strength now. Great way to release stress from work and makes me feel good and have that desire to stay active and healthy. Boot camp every Tuesdays and Thurdays from 6-7. Join us!!!
