I cannot put into words how much I love the facility, coaches and my fellow athletes at Crossfit Burlingame. It is unlike anything I have ever done before and the support, compassion, passion and knowledge of the coaches is above and beyond. The fun we have during our training is all due to the incredible community that is Crossfit Burlingame. No one is ever judged. Ever. You can be an elite athlete or someone who has never worked out a day in their life, and both of you get the same type of respect and encouragement!I have a back injury dating back to 2012. I had my L-5 come out of alignment, it is hereditary and my back and athletic performance has not been the same ever since. As a result, I have to be very careful. The guidance I have received during training is by far the best and most effective. I can do so many things I never thought I would be able to again-pain and worry free!!! All I can say is, it is a family. Every one is so welcoming and kind. We work hard together and we have a great time while we do it! One of my best friends started at Crossfit Burlingame approximately a year before I did and she could not say enough positive things about it. When I first stepped through the door in February 2015, I knew that I found something I have been looking for. Come by and train with us!

I've been training with Felipe Ruiz of Fitness Connection for a couple of years. Â He makes my workouts fun, challenging and never boring. Â The workouts are always imaginative, oriented to bodyweight strengthening exercises rather than machines. Â Workouts can be indoors or out. Â When I go to a workout with Felipe I'm usually in for a good surprise.

I just spent this entire past weekend doing yard work, in particular pulling weeds and did not have any back pain. After 7+ hours of work bent over lifting and pulling, I was able to stand up straight with some mild back pain. Shane trains you how to use your body the way it was designed to work, focusing on posture and balancing the front of your body with the back of your body (how many of us spend it sitting ). I only wish I took photos of my yard before and after to show you all how much work I did and was able to walk away with some mild discomfort. Even though I know how to move being a Chiropractor, his program helps to build the right muscles making your daily movement more effective using proper posture, setting you up for success in your daily life. I highly recommend his program for any and all folks looking to support their body the way it was designed to move. Thank you, Shane!

Bryon is an amazing trainer! I am currently participating in his kettle bell bootcamp and am already feeling the difference in my body in less than 2 weeks. He makes the extra effort to make sure you are learning the moves the right way (posture, form, using your core, etc.). I highly recommend him to people at all levels - I never that I would enjoy kettle bells this much :)
