My specialty is getting clients stronger, harder, leaner and overall better cardiovascular and muscular shape. Each session is 30 min of circuit weight training with me and 30 min of cardio in an adjacent room on your own where I have bikes and elliptical.

The trainer, Paul Jaurez, really worked me out starting from our first session! I saw results almost immediately just by following his regiment and sticking to it. The best thing about the gym was the privacy - no one else is there while you have your session, so I can scream, pout and cry all I want and not be intimidated by all the meat heads at the commercial gyms listening to me whine. I guess that's why he called it PRIVATE Personal Training. He's definitely worth the price for the results - I've spent so much money trying every workout video and "magic" diet there is but nothing worked until he got behind me and pushed me to do more... more of everything; push-ups, sit-ups and squats. He's great at keeping me motivated and pushing me past that weight loss plateau. I totally recommend him to anyone trying to transform their body or just trying to lose a little extra pounds and get toned for the summer.

I have struggled with working out for as long as I can remember. For years I have tried to put on muscle and weight and failed miserably. I would be motivated for about 3 weeks, then get frustrated because I wasn't seeing any results and say, "screw it!" I even got a personal trainer once. He helped for a while, but I still wasn't seeing the results that I wanted and couldn't find the motivation to keep with it. So, a few months ago I thought I would give it a try again. I was matched up with Ken to be my trainer. I seriously can't say how great he is. I have seen changes I never thought I'd see. I stopped in to CF Anaheim on a recent vacation in California and had an awesome time! It was a weekend, early in the morning so the gym was empty which was great because my friend and I got all the attention of Aaron (the owner) for our squat and WOD. We have been CrossFitting for almost two years and are always learning from new coaches and Aaron was no exception with very helpful cues and some new tidbits for the both of us. Would while heartedly recommend this box to anyone who's in the area or passing through.

Oh, man.. it’s been a crazy 6 six weeks. When I started this journey, I set a goal to be healthier, to get stronger..Self-discipline really isn’t my strong suit, so I looked for a way to consistently pursue fitness. I found it in FBBC — the trainers are amazing, so helpful, and so encouraging. They honestly believed I could go further than I thought. The first few weeks, I remember thinking, “what the hell did I get myself into..?” I struggled with the workouts — my energy was still dragging and I would keep giving up in the middle of my sets. Now, I’m excited to workout. Don’t get me wrong.. I still wanna die in the middle of it — the trainers push hard — but now I know I can do it & I WANT to. I know I can push out that one more rep. I know I can grab that heavier weight. My muscles are visibly developing & my energy is way up. I love how both my mind and body has changed. I’m so grateful for the FBBC family and I’m excited to continue my fitness journey with them. :)

The world would never be the same without Dr. Kuang.In late 2017 to early 2018, I had a serious shoulder injury from weightlifting. According to Dr. Kuang, I had approximately 30% mobility (which was true). I thought I was going to need surgery..... BUT after 8-10 treatments under Dr. Kuang's care, my shoulder movements showed drastic recovery. It's amazing how effective our treatments were because now I am able to bench press and shoulder press without any impinging pain. Since my shoulder treatment, I've been visiting Dr. Kuang regularly for other chiropractic treatments (I.e. plantar fasciitis, elbow pain, bicep pain etc..) and I must say I feel like a new man. Dr. Kuang has been very helpful and caring. He will go out of his way to help his clients, which you don't see too often with other doctors. Honestly, I was skeptical during my initial treatment with him but now I recommend Dr. Kuang to anyone who is experiencing joint pain and muscular pain. You really have nothing to lose but so much to gain.Thank you for everything doc!
