I've been going to Core Pilates Fitness and Nutrition for a few weeks now for Pilates. I was looking for a personal trainer but realized when I met Matt that Pilates might be an even better fit for what I am after as it will really ton up my core strength as well as the rest of the body. My first experience on the reformer machine was incredible. Matt, the instructor, is very knowledgeable about the body and Pilates and very thorough with his instructions. They offer group classes as well which is great as it makes it very affordable! I am looking forward in taking more classes at Core Pilates!

I have become a lot less active in the last few years, eaten a lot of bad foods and gained quite a bit of weight. Almost a year ago I found Jessie through a friend and tried her online programs. She gives you the food plan and the workout, then you go to the gym and do your thing! It was great while I did it but then I feel off the wagon again. I finally decided about a month ago that I was over it after I had seen a friend that also sees Jessie that was looking great! I'm now seeing her once a week for training maybe more if time allows it and then I'm doing her bootcamp classes twice a week. I love that she sends me the workouts we did together that way I can look back on them! In the 3 weeks I've gone, I'm down 3 inches on my waist and can already tell it's even more from the last check in. I have never been so excited to measure and with myself!!!The bootcamp classes are at 10 am on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday in addition to Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6.
