Mentality. Sure we can go on those fad diets and try doing 10 hours of cardio a week, but in the end, what will help you the most is how you approach fitness as a whole.

Most of the time, when a person really focuses on their wellbeing, they end up getting closer to that dream body. So in short, the secret is to focus on bettering your health.

I really love working with people and developing some amazing relationships with them! Meeting so many different people and being able to sometimes go as far as saving their life through fitness feels so amazing. It brings me so much joy to see the differences in energy and happiness levels from before and after they started training. The glow in their eyes when they tell me how now they can fit into those pants from years ago, the competitive nature that comes out as they get pushed further and further, these feelings and how it makes ME feel are irreplaceable.

Absolutely! The process will mainly involve you taking videos of yourself and sending it over to me or via Zoom. One can argue that there will be even more communication if the training is remote given the lack of face to face interaction.
