Silvia is extremely attentive to her clients and will work with you to achieve your goals and is very flexible with the workouts. One of the things I like most about her classes is that she does a great job at keeping things fun and interesting by changing up the classes all the time. The gym itself is open, comfortable, and has very clean facilities. The weight room has all of the equipment you would ever need for whatever program you are following. I am a certified 500 hour yoga teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa and Tantra Yoga. I also have completed multiple trainings in India, Mexico and US for the last 15 years in different schools and methods. I have studies in different methods Ashtanga, Iyengar, Restorative and also in Meditation, Mobility, Ayurveda and Philosophy. I have been practicing Yoga since 2004 and teaching since 2007. I teach in English, Spanish and French.
