I got ORIF ankle surgery on november 25th 2020. I was estimated by Sports Academy in newbury park to be back to playing soccer in July. While i had a really good experience at Sports Academy, with Mike I felt more attentiveness with the rehab. Mike wrote down my goals & helped me achieve them one by one. My ankle is naturally still swollen from the injury. However, with the professionalism, great work ethic & attentiveness I got with his rehabilitation methods I was back to playing competitive soccer & weight lifting by May 2021. I was also jogging in April. I started working with Mike in the end of March and we really progressed with two sessions a week. He also still checks in with me & if I have any questions about specific workouts to strengthen my ankle or anything related to rehab he will give me tips or guide me the right direction. Very professional.

Awesome gym, great space and community. For an intermediate athlete like me to be able to drop in and be welcomed right away and not feel out of place is the best. Coaches are friendly, after work classes with Virge are especially great. I did my first ever Open WOD here so it’s definitely got a special place in my mind palace of places I’ve worked out in.

Sports Academy has been an amazing experience. From the moment I brought my daughter there to check out the facility and there programs. The staff has been very kind and accommodating. Â My child is 7 years old and attends there soccer/futsal clinics. Her classes are taught by Miguel Sanchez, and he is really doing a great job with her. He seems to be very focused on pushing her and helping her grow as a player. I couldn't be more happy with him. I had an opportunity to speak with the director of the soccer programs (Jayro Martinez). He seems very sincere and dedicated to making this experience very impactful and positive on my daughter. I appreciate the wonderful service and awesome work they've done with my child. Â Also the people at the front desk are very helpful. Â Heck even the lady vacuuming took the time to say hi to me and my other child. Â First class Facility and Faculty!!!

If anyone had told me last year I would love boxing as much as I do I would have told them they were nuts. I am now addicted to it at Title Boxing Newbury park The staff is friendly and you feel welcome. The trainers take the time to show you what you need to do to improve, how to stand how to punch or kick. The workout is intense but you go at your own pace and can easily burn over 1000 calories in an hour. Imagine being surrounded by people who support your efforts are all smiling and having fun and enjoying the hour. They also have semi private lessons on TRX which is great, technique body sculpting and so much more. I now have my own purple gloves!
