There were people of all ages and sized but he was able to tailor it to each of our needs with the individual weights etc and keep us all at the same pace. I'm a huge fan of the 1 hour work out because he maximizes your workout in a timely manor. I've got 3 kids and a full time career so I don't have the luxury of hanging out around a gym for more than 2 hours. Not to mention I worked out harder and burned more calories in that 1 hour workout than I ever did just doing weights for several hours. After the workout he gave me a great diet routine and crucial pointers that really help me. Did a weigh in for me and has started me with tough but very realistic goals. Long story short, I couldn't be happier and I'm already looking forward to the next workout!
