I have struggled with working out for as long as I can remember. For years I have tried to put on muscle and weight and failed miserably. I would be motivated for about 3 weeks, then get frustrated because I wasn't seeing any results and say, "screw it!" I even got a personal trainer once. The world would never be the same without Dr. Kuang.In late 2017 to early 2018, I had a serious shoulder injury from weightlifting. According to Dr. Kuang, I had approximately 30% mobility (which was true). I thought I was going to need surgery..... BUT after 8-10 treatments under Dr. Kuang's care, my shoulder movements showed drastic recovery. It's amazing how effective our treatments were because now I am able to bench press and shoulder press without any impinging pain. Since my shoulder treatment, I've been visiting Dr. Kuang regularly for other chiropractic treatments (I.e. plantar fasciitis, elbow pain, bicep pain etc..) and I must say I feel like a new man. Dr. Kuang has been very helpful and caring. He will go out of his way to help his clients, which you don't see too often with other doctors. Honestly, I was skeptical during my initial treatment with him but now I recommend Dr. Kuang to anyone who is experiencing joint pain and muscular pain. You really have nothing to lose but so much to gain.Thank you for everything doc!

After working for 24hr fitness, I really disliked how sales forward and driven the managers were. I didn't like how I was forced to make a sale instead of connecting with people and understanding their why's in life. That oushed me into going private and reaching out to people who wanted to train rather forcing people.
Clients should choose me beacause I take a different approach to training. I have a variety of skills from working with a vulnerable clientele. When I first started training clients, I worked with stroke patients who had a desire to get back to normal. Our workouts had to be creative to prevent them from injuring themselves but also receive the benefits from the workout. From there, with all my clients, I learned to think outside the box when it comes to training.
For anyone who has concerns about Covid, I have been vaccinated but am willing to wear a mask for those who are not comfortable.
