Â Really tailors the training experience to make sure I get the techniques down right. He's very patient with me as I get winded easily but my cardio is already getting better in the short amount of time( 3rd week ) we have been working together. It's really nice to meet a trainer that is down to earth. Â Who treats everyone the same no matter what skill level or background. Learning alot. First of all, FitProsLA is at a great location under the Promenade Towers.. I was looking of a gym to go workout once in a while and that is near my home .. Though FitProsLA is not a gym open to the public and is not selling membership's .. The personal trainer that is the founder gave me lots of information.. Like price and free consultation and orientation.. After I thought about it I realized that I could get a personal trainer in a really nice and workable studio and pay the same price I could have bought a membership with. But this way I would have a professional telling what the right way to work out , instead of me working out and getting injured because I don't exercise properly in the right form of way .. Overall , I totally recommend FitProsLA to be one of your options if you are looking for a professional place with professional people there to help!

Have been a student for a while now. It's a great atmosphere to learn and relax. Everyone is easy going, keep their egos out of the door is respectful and care about each other's development. Professor Carlos and Julie, his wife are the owners and they both care about each students development. It is a great place to train for men, women, and kids and no matter who you are, you will be under scrutiny while drilling (even in a group class). By that I mean you will be provided with positive criticism which will help your game.If you want to compete, you can take extra classes, drill to enhance your skill set, learn to relax and get the confidence to perform. Professor will exclusively give you key points to work on all through your training which will be key for your development and your final performance.It's a small, tight-knit, easy going, calm place for a whole family to train BJJ. If you are a meathead, you should lose your ego and your cussing out of the door. It's not tolerated. There are also self-defense classes on Tuesdays especially aimed at learning to use BJJ and striking to defend yourself in the real world.

I truly believe this is such a mindset matter. I used to chase the body of my dreams: that skinny bikini model on the magazine covers and I was NOT happy at my skinniest. It wasn't until I gave up on that and decided to just be the strongest, best and baddest version of my true self that I actually started to see some incredible results and fell in love with what my body could do and how it could transform. I talk about this a lot with my clients. It's very rewarding when you see those results you've been waiting for, but HOW you get there is such a big part of it.

It all started during the pandemic. I started to sense a growing demand for outdoor-training from people who had been in quarantine for all too long, and it made so much sense to me to be out there and help people back on track, to provide endorphins, to make people feel like they weren't so restricted, and from there it just grew naturally.
I understand that everyone starts on different levels, and that everyone needs a different pace. I'm very attentive towards your level and cautious of not pushing you too far, knowing that every step forward adds up to major progress. I'm patient, I listen, I always have fun with my clients, I go into each workout as if their goals are mine and we're on this grind together. It's always a good vibe!
I do provide online services! You get access to my app, video calls, online chats, videos, descriptions, and it will be just like I'm there with you, but it's all in an app. No guesswork. I'll be able to track your every workout, keep track of your progress and cheer you on!
I'm fully vaccinated. I always mask up and keep my distance. I don't do any hands-on stretching etc unless the client feels safe with me doing so.
