Super fun workout with awesome instructors! The owners, Yas and Tony are extremely sweet and welcoming! Great deals are always in effect. I'm currently doing Leslie's High Fitness class and Brenda's Kick Boxing class. Both classes are fun and sweat dripping! Everyone always has a smile on their face and this helps create a great ambiance! Music is great and helps get you through your workouts! Be prepared to sweat and leave happy! First class is free and EVERY class I've done has been a fun challenge! Come check out what your preference is!

I've found my training spot :)I get really self conscious at the gym, so I really wanted to find a private training space where I could feel comfy. I am still working from home, sitting on my computer all day and I just wanted to move my body for an hour 3 times a week - I was open to push ups, weights, yoga, whatever. After a few weeks, I asked if we could try a little boxing and now I'm obsessed. Â Hitting the heavy bag feels incredible. Â Ben is incredibly encouraging and his way of breaking down technique kind of blows my mind. And, look at my popping muscles!
