What do you love most about your job?

Getting my clients to their goals is the most rewarding feeling. I am very competitive by nature, therefore losing is acceptable for me only in the form of fat loss :-)

What inspired you to start your own business?

At one point in my life, I felt disconnected from myself. I was weighed down with feelings of anxiety and constant worry. My every day looked like a routine, but the kind that didn't leave much time for myself. This lead to me breaking down! A daily routine of self care of my body and mind is what helped me to reconnect with myself and find balance. When you start taking care of yourself physically your mental health automatically follows. Muscles were just a side effect in my case. However, I decided to learn all about it in the process! We all need a daily routine that allows us to prioritize ourselves. Challenge your body, challenge your mind and become the best version of you. My main focus is adherence and a longterm lifestyle change! You must make time for your physical and mental health! I would love to help you find balance in your life! I am so excited for all of the possibilities we can achieve together!
