Richard was highly recommended to me six years ago and from the start I told him I needed a lot of encouragement. Richard is educated and very knowledgeable about the human anatomy. He is great at listening to my concerns and developed a customized program exclusively for me which addressed my health issues yet kept each workout interesting and motivating. I felt strong and sexier after each session. Richard would modified each workout slightly and I started utilizing muscles that I didn't even know I had. It has been a fun journey with Richard!

I had so much fun at ILKB Agoura HIlls! The instructors are always so helpful and knowledgeable about the workouts. They always made it such a fun and inviting experience. In six weeks I lost 14 pounds and 6.3% body fat. The facility itself is always clean and ready for a good work out. (You definitely get one), The warm-up is hard but the coaches keep you going and make sure you are doing the workouts correctly. I love that they incorporate a good stretch before and after, that is something most work out classes don't do. I couldn't recommend ILKB anymore if I could. Join and have a blast!
