Jesse has one of the best fit plans to move you into shape physically and mentally. I came across his program about a year ago. I was telling him about how bad my blood work came back. I had vitamin D deficiency, my bad cholesterol was high and my good cholesterol was low, the blood work said I was borderline diabetic. Jesse said “I can fix all that.” You could imagine what I was thinking. After 12 weeks of 100% dedication to his Fit program, I rechecked my blood work, and to my amazement, every one of those issues were back within normal range. I eat better now than I ever did. Other doctors gave me pills to try to control these deficiency levels. While on Jesse’s program I took no pills. It is so important to follow to get the results. I worked in commercial gyms for years. It didn't take me long to realize how "money focused" these gyms were rather than looking out for what's best for THE CLIENT. I spent 6 years of schooling studying the human body and nutrition and my goal is to share as much of that knowledge as I can. Through my personal experiences and coaching others, I hope to help those who are seeking MORE for themselves and who want to achieve their most optimal self.

I am educated: BS in Health Science, MS in Exercise and Nutrition. I have been a personal trainer for 7 years and currently have several fitness certifications. I have experience working with special populations such as post-stroke patients, diabetics, people who suffer from metabolic syndrome, fibromyalgia, arthritis, post surgical, and pre & post natal women.
