I have been going to this gym for about 1 month and would recommend it to everyone without reservation, especially if, for whatever reason you thought spending time in a gym was not for you.The tailored group exercises are fun and I look forward to the classes every day after work. The other members of the gym are really awesome and push each other to their full potentials. As I hit my fitness milestones my confidence goes up both in and outside the gym. Next week the gym is holding an optional 45-day challenge with cash at stake, which is good friendly competition for everyone involved and holds everyone accountable for meeting their goals. When I first joined Aaron sat down with me and went over most the critical movements needed and corrected any issues I had with form - something that I really wanted to improve. We went over ways to learn how to eat in such a way that you can build muscle and lose weight at the same time that is realistic. Yes, you have to drive yourself toward your goals to be successful, but with After It guiding the way success is definitely within sights.
