BR Fitness is the cleanest and most beautiful gym in all of Anchorage! I was truly impressed when I walked in. I have been using Zoom since March, 2020 when the gyms were first closed. I still have many clients actively achieving their goals in this environment. Even with some internet connection issues at times I am always able to deliver a 30 - 1 hr session. This is where my creativity comes out.
I wear a facemask 100% of the time when I am in the gym. When I am out in public I wear my mask so that I am safe and protected and do not bring the virus into the gym. I have cleaners at my studio that are certified to kill the Covid-19 virus, similar to the larger gyms. I give verbal instruction and more demonstration to avoid physically touching in-person clients.
