I started training with the Mike Smith for my wedding back in August. He was the only reason why I was even semi-satisfied with my wedding pictures. In all seriousness I could not have lost the weight without him and I have not looked better in years. I highly recommend him as a trainer to anyone no matter what your goal might be. He will listen to you, push you but not to where you can't handle the work out or the food plan he suggests. He is a fabulous person and incredibly professional. You will absolutely see results if you put in the work, and I can't wait to be back!

I have been going to the Iron Tribe Mountain Brook location for over 2 years now and have to admit, high school was the last time my fitness was this good. And that was a few years (OK, decades) ago. The group classes are challenging but can be scaled to meet your needs and fitness level. The coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive and want to help you progress to meet your goals. The environment is very positive but not overbearing and is full of friendly, supportive members that help get you through the work outs.
