I love this place.  for a mom and professional like myself, they have great hours and it is in an ideal place in Allen - central to everything. the workout is great - and Jerome, who has a personal training background, knows how to positively impact your workout performance, even when you are having a low-energy day. I highly recommend working out here if you want results and the type of positive fun atmosphere.  (Melissa, his wife and a trainer herself, is a hoot - and loves to make us workout with laughter!)  Love them!

At 36, I have been 2 years in remission for my breast cancer and still suffer from mild chemo brain. I also went into early menopause from a full hysterectomy. I came here after researching the benefits of receiving this for the brain, body and skin. My entire metabolism and brain has changed and needed to reset. I tried the Diet and Detox infusion a lot with the fat burner injection. Victoria took care of me and has amazing bed side manner. Maria Paula is awesome! She took the time to understand my goals and developed a plan to accomplish them in a way that was sustainable. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to improve their health!

I am on my way to getting my dream body all thanks to these guys. Past six months has been a life change experience. If you are looking for results you need to try IPT. I am very pleased and thankful to all IPT team, they are freaking  awesome, just a bunch of nice friendly people pushing  you to your limits every class.... lol
