I recently finished the 28 Day for Her Challenge. I’ve always been intimidated in the gym. Gyms can be daunting places for us plump folks! I generally stuck to cardio exercises believing I would lose more weight & become more tone. I have tried every fad diet known to man, and believed that if I wanted to lose weight, I’d have to restrict my calories to 1200 per day, give up dairy, sugar, and potatoes, and try in vain to ignore my impulses to binge eat. I am happy to report that I was completely wrong!
