I am a nutritionist and wellness coach focusing on real food to help people heal from disease, lose weight, fight fatigue. I teach you how to use food as medicine. I also work on finding the root emotional cause of bad food habits and helping you to build new healthy habits. This is a new lifestyle we are creating one month at a time.

I loved my first triathlon by Epic but I can tell from an event logistics pov that there were holes in the management of the race. There was an accident near the end of the race and all the medics were there to provide aid leaving nobody at the finish line to help anyone. I needed to urgently ice my foot post race but there were no medics to help with a simple ice pack. there were also not clear directions regarding where the race start was happening (beach or in the water itself). Third, it seemed the people handing out the water and electrolyte drink did not know which was which (language barrier) and when I ran past asking for the electrolyte drink, I was given water. That is plain disrespectful to triathletes competing and especially since we are paying over $100 to participate. thank you
